Hello guys, I'm just wondering if anyone is currently experiencing (or in the past) a Delay on getting your RFE approved, or even looked at for that matter after you submit the RFE back to them. The USCIS says you can't even make an inquiry until it is sitting there for 60 days.

For me, My RFE was submitted Sept 4 and still waiting on some kind of movement. So I am at 47 days right now.

The only thing I forgot on the first go-around was the "letter of intent".... So all they have to do is look at our letters and move us on to the next step.

I have the exact same problem as you. RFE was for the letter of intent as well. I sent everything they wanted in on 8/17/2013 and have not heard anything....getting anxious

@ Picabu, according to my reading, since you are past the 60 day time frame you can call USCIS and place an inquiry as to what is the hold up. Have you already done this?

If you have already done this, what did they tell you?

Sorry for the wait members, it is so sad to have to wait beyond the normal processing time. My RFE wait has been over four months so far. Lets continue being patient please hoping something good is coming soon
