I just know this is gonna be great. We haven't been given the details yet, but our HR department has issued managers a "talking points" memo on the healthcare changes coming our way. Co Pays are increasing, deductables are increasing, out of pocket minumums are increasing- all driven by the new act. This is interesting. Companies that offer health plans will be charged fees to help support state run marketplaces, so businesses not only have to provide health care for their own workers, but also for people who don't work for them....and it appears we (employer and employee) will be sharing that cost! Awesome. I can't see why anyone wouldn't like this law.
