When I checked on uscis website for the processing time at texas service center I did not see 129F on there

Anybody know why ? That is where I sent my 129F. I was trying to find out what month they are on

TSC doesn't process K-1 petitions. They recieve the K-1 petitions and then forward them to CSC (California Service Center). So check CSC's processing times. :)

Do not believe the posted USCIS processing times as they are not real. They simply reflect a date 6 mos. ago. Check members timelines for an accurate representation.

YMMV

Wow! That is crazy. Wonder Why they don't have me send to CSC directly. Sounds like a Gov thing

You can take a look at my timeline for comparison if it helps.

My application was also sent to TSC.

Your receipt (NOA1) should come in a couple weeks from when you mailed it to Texas because it will be forwarded to California.

Because this has happened before, and then it reverted back to TSC, and then back to California. who knows, it may do it again.

Kangjie's case is the same as mine. We haven't heard any news since the day we mailed our I-129F to TSC (it is almost more than 12 days already).

Hopefully, what you said is right that our receipt (NOA1) should come in a couple weeks.

My NOA1 arrived regular mail 16 days after mailing- even before the check cashed. Witht he holiday mail out there, mail could be a little slower. Some have recieved their NOA1 up to a month afterwards. USCIS goes by receipt date, if that helps. MY NOA2 listed receipt date (at TSC) not NOA1 date (from CSC).

I received my receipt in the regular mail yesterday from CSC so they say they received it 12/4 and my notice date 12/12. Not bad I guess

I never did get an email though

You won't get one, either - you can only set up email notifications once you have the number that's on the NOA1 (that can also be found on the back of your cashed check) - they won't send out email notifications of NOA1s, whether or not you put an email address on the I-129F. You can register for email updates now, though, if you haven't already done so.

Oh... glad it finally arrived, by the way - I remember being really worried our petition had got lost or something, until the NOA1 arrived safely.

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

I mailed our packet to Texas on 11/29 and just received our NOA 1 in the mail today. I sent our packet through the regular mail. Be patient...it is coming. I know that is easier said than done because I was a bit worried myself when it seemed to be taking so long compared to everyone else's timelines.
