Hi everyone,

I would like to share my experience about the final step The Naturalization for this october and my questions are :

1-Which the exact form that I should to send ,Tax return or IRS-certified of income tax or IRS tax return transcrip?

2-What they mean by Bank account, like the transactions statment or just a proof of join account?

3-when the Officer ask the civics and government question like (WHO MAKES FEDERAL LAWS? SO should we answer just one of the answers either CONGRESS OR SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OR U.S LEGISLATIVE? i'm confused or we have to give all those answers together?

thank you so much for your answer in advance and i wish good luck for everyone who has on the train already.

1. One of those three, for the past 3 or 5 years, depending on your type of eligibility. It's best to submit IRS documents, not just copies of your own tax return records, so as to prove that they were submitted and processed by the IRS. I would suggest IRS tax return transcripts as they are easy to obtain, and if USCIS wants to see more, they'll let you know.

2. I wouldn't provide details of transactions unless specifically asked to. Proof of ownership of a joint account should be enough.

3. Just one of those is fine. In the case of your example, all three are correct because all three are the same. The U.S. Congress is comprised of the Senate and the House of Representatives, and Congress is the legislative arm of the U.S. government (legislative, executive, judicial). It works much the same as in a lot of other countries.

Sorry, I could have been more clear. One answer is enough. The study guide offers you options to show you different ways of wording the answer. Ultimately all the answers are correct and often synonymous.
