I am filling out my I-130 to get my husband here from UK. I have changed my name to my married name on my state issued drivers ID and bank account, but nothing else. Should I file under my maiden name since that is what is on my passport and birth certificate? My maiden name is also the only way my name is mentioned on our marriage license.

Should I put my married name under "Other names used" since it is on my bank statement and I am including that in my packet to show joint bank accounts?

I just spoke to a very, very nice woman at visa services and she advised me to file under my maiden name and use the "other names used" as my married name. She told me it is not as important as having all names used for the person you are filing for.
