It could be you are going into the comparison believing that everyone is the same, that everyone acts the same and that everyone wants the same thing.

For instance if Blacks value education less, doesn't it stand to reason they might earn less is due in part to that?

If Blacks are involved in the justice system more, might that also effect how long their sentences are?

If black prefer to save for retirement less, might that not mean they have less to pass on to their children?

Statistic show there is a variance in life styles between groups,

Black and whites

Men and women.

North and South.

Urban and rural.

to compare outcomes that are different and conclude it must be a conspiracy, perhaps is not accurate.

When one looks at the charge you are making, just on the face of it.....it makes no sense.

As I said Blacks do worse in areas that are largely controlled by blacks.

Education, -what institution has done more than College to try to advance the education of Black students, yet we see Blacks (on average) do much more poorly than whites. Especially Black males. We have gone over this before and I showed where the Poorest whites do better than Blacks from the 60,000 per year family.

My friend it is an imperfect world, no doubt there are incidents where Blacks are short changed and so forth but there is also a huge sense of good-will from whites to protect, defend and help advance Blacks due to the unique history Blacks come from. Just look at the conversation here, White folks will wet their pants trying to refute anything I say. (though they can't post a single fact).

My mother was a teacher for 40 plus years, sold the value of education every chance she got. My boss has a masters in math and engineering. My coworkers all have degrees. So your theory that blacks value education is #######, if the family doesn't push it, it won't happen.

I've posted about blacks first time offenders getting harsher sentencing. But whites who repeat offend get less. But I guess we should just accept that.

My mother says the same about the youth she teaches. It's not they can't learn, because anyone can. It's a myriad of things, lack of parental guidance, attitude of learning, being around folks who think being smart is acting white and selling out.

No sense reposting the numbers concerning those issues, the point I hoped to make was you can't compare different groups and expect identical outcomes.

I think it would be more productive to if what if anything we can do to improve the situation so that the group differences are not so extreme in some of these areas.

Step one, Black kids need fathers to be involved in their life. WHat cased this titanic shift of fathers out of the homes of Black families?
