K1 visa issue annotations meaning

Hello,

I just received my K1 visa this morning and I am moving to the US on Friday. However, I have a few questions about the annotations written on my visa. It says "A# *** *** ***" and "MEDICAL ATTACHED REQUIRES ATTN AT POE"

What does this mean? What is the A#, is it the alien number?

Why does my visa require attention at port of entry? I am so confused, everything went really well so far. Does anyone know what this all means?

January 2010 - met in Sweden

April 2010 - started dating

June 2010 - traveled to Paris

December 2010 - he spent Christmas with my family

Summer 2010 - spent summer in Pittsburgh

2010 - 2011 - we both traveled back and forth to visit each other

January 2012 / August 2012 I interned in New York City

December 2012 - spent Christmas together and he proposed

February 2012 - sent our i129f

May 2013 - surprised me in France

This is all normal, relax. :)

Yes, it is your Alien number. Check that it is the same one as on your NOA2. You will keep that number forever.

Basically, you will give the sealed envelope at POE, it contains your whole file + your medical documents.

K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...
