For me when I travel to Philippines Best thing I have found is SUN IDD - You can call back to USA any number for 2 peso per minute. It is usually a super clear connection and much cheaper and better than Globe or Smart.

We use globe duo. No internet needed. He signs up for globe and receives a US number and I call him anytime/anywhere.Only $25 a month unlimited. For more information. Check this link.

Once your partner register, She will receive a text with her US number then its like calling someone around here in the US. since I have unlimited minutes, I dont have to worry about how long I can talk on the phone. :) hope this helps! ?
