Absolutes are tricky, there does seem a very high success rate.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Don't confuse improper submission with lack of case. This year we only heard one guy who didn't respond to RFE to re-submit Birth Certificate, one woman who submitted single page affidavit and one who didn't submit husband's USC proof.

On the parallel but different subject, OP here keeps venting to everyone who will listen that his estranged wife has no right to self-petition. He displays very volatile disposition, even way past the break-up. Basically underscoring that he could use anger management

There are no statistics for the current year but it seems from review the past 10 years there is about a 30% denial rate on VAWA. Wonder why, if your statement is correct, that would have changed?

That seems to be th same as 601 waivers, but that includes people who have no clue or were not eligible.

VJ is your source. There was marked success and speed increase this year. And you won't find a single properly submitted I-360 that was denied

Were you approved, O singledad?

Looks like Belinda posted a very important 36-page document. Sorry I haven't read it yet. Harpa how are you? Are you ok dear? Well, I might have been a sprint holder in my own moment - but since then plenty of VJ petitioners were blessed with as speedy as a 3-month approval! It seems that I-485 dates are now experiencing a bottleneck

U missed that long ago; but my pro-bono lawyer correctly had me keep back 90% of my evidence. Even with 10% of it that lawyer did submit - the packet was impeccable. Thus quick action; but in the months following everyone got an even quicker action!

Yes, the championship I-485 date was by Howtosurvive. Likely because she submitted I-485 concurrently, and prints and medical beforehand, and already had EAD previously - so they set her I-485 interview in like 2-months! Now that's performance - but I remember she had an expensive lawyer all the way thru the process...
