Hope someone can help me more on this issue.

In June 2012 I filed I-290B, notice of appeal of motion for a denial 129F (k1). They did not give me RFE, just a note to appeal. So, I did and pay the fee. Since the process of I-290B had no time processing, I decided to withdrew I-290B by writing a letter to VSC in June 2013, year from I-290B filing.

In Aug 2013, I refiled 129F (K1). Got my NOA1 and On August 29, 2013, got Alien Registration Number was changed.

Now, here's the question.

Friday, I got NOA (I-797C) starting that my I-290B notice appeal of motion is now transfering to Texas. What am I suppose to do? I had already sent them a letter to withdrew and why they are transfering my case to TX?

What will happen to my new I-129F case?
