Form I-134 Affidavit of Support

Good day, just a couple of quick questions about the form I-134:

1. How do I answer item number 7, under (Type of Business) and (Name of concern)? I'm in the military working as a Hospital Corpsman in the Navy.

2. With regards to item number 11, do I check the intend box or the do not intend box?

The way my fiance answered it was:

1. engaged in the business of Military with United States Marine Corps

2. Here is a sample of the form: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf; It was left unticked and my fiance wrote the same thing as on the guide

I agree with the other post... MILITARY with UNITED STATES NAVY (in your case)

As for item 11, doesn't really matter I didn't check either on my I-134, then in the space below I wrote - K-1 Fiancee visa.
