sorry, talking with an ISO is useful.

Do that, Monday.

Report back, after.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Timeline

15 months in uscis, and we did not file DCF i think my husband last call to uscis month of august and the uscis always saying just be patient to take so long the reason is too many visa in line to be process and they said my case is still on processing and always sayingto my husband after 1 week that he dont have letter received from uscis he can call again but he call after 1 week without mail received then its same saying again my husband he dont believe if congressman and senator can help and we dont have any RFE received we file on california service center then transfer to te vermont service center

Than please change your timeline you have DCF. Also there are no I-130's at California Service center or Vermont. They are all at NBC- National Benefits Center.

And honestly why would any American say "Congressman Senator no help" when you read all over VJ the opposite. You aresitting here going no where why wouldn't your husband call on those who can help. Do you want to get out of USCIS or not or just complain to us. This makes no sense sorry.

I say something is very very wrong and you need to find out what it is. Do you have your receipt number for USIS? Have you filed a service request with them so they can report to you what is the delay? You need to get off the pit and be abit more proactive. Actually your husband since he is the petitioner and they will only talk to him.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

Please Please put your VJ member name only. Not nicknames or real names whatever your VJ name is. It's below your profile picture!!

your husband can:

1. talk to an ISO, find out what the problem is for this delay, and tell you and

2. engage with a Congressman's Immigration Liason Staffer Human, have them request an expedite for being out of normal processing times, and then that human can tell yer husband what's going on, and then your husband can tell you. and

3. talk with an IO face to face at an infopass appointment at a local USCIS office.

IMO, there's a huge communication gap between:

1. your husband and you and

2. your husband and USCIS.

You can always correct your timeline dear. You are still not understanding what i am saying about DCF. You didn't file DCF so its confusing to many when you ask about your case. DCF means you filed directly at the embassy. You would have had no dealings with the service center.

Yes your case is at NBC all I-130's have been going their since August 15, 2012 an those at CSC and VSC were transferred there.

If your husband doesn't want to call like you said well i guess you have bigger issues than immigration dear. There's not much that can be done than. If he doesn't call oh well only the petitioner can make these calls.

He needs to get in touch with his representatives now, not later. Use this tool to find 'em. http://www.house.gov/representatives/find/ Your husband needs to get proactive. Tell him to contact his senators and congressperson! Your case seems to have been forgotten.

Looks appears that the OP petitioner has forgotten about their petition, so did the embassy!!

its not that bad in their case, since the couple are living happily together .
