Has packet 3 changed?

Is what is required in packet 3 changed? I've been reading that some of the DS forms are no longer needed. Does this apply to Canada?

As far as I know, all K-1 applicants in all countries must now fill out the DS-160.

It sounds like a visitor visa, which is what our B-2 visa is. I don't get why we need it.

Each consulate is different.

Montreal still lists multiple DS forms, DS-230, DS-156, DS-156K, DS-160

Do you have a link for Vancouver? I've Only ever doing packet 3 for Montreal, but I can't find Vancouver.

This is the most updated Packet 3 on the Montreal/US consulate website. They haven't updated their guide, but it's the most recent Packet 3 on the website.

My packet 3 was dated sept 30 from vancouver, and was asking for the old forms, so thats what I did.

I am bringing that letter, email with me to the interview ... just in case
