Questions about the process for Vancouver, help!

Maybe I'm jumping the gun here, but I wanted to clarify a few points that I'm unsure of.

So our file just left the NVC to Vancouver. I (petitioner) have not received notification that it was sent, but was told I will receive one. She, (beneficiary) hasn't received packet 3 yet. Should she email Vancouver here Vancouverk@state.gov? I found this in the Vancouver walk through thread. Is this still a current email for Vancouver?

Next, vaccinations. On Cheema's website it lists only 4 vaccinations needed, I believe including the flu shot. But on this pdf http://travel.state.gov/pdf/medical/MTL-MED-ENGL-0014-1308.pdf, it lists tons more. What exactly is needed?

Regarding packet 3, we've downloaded it and are ready. We're in the process of gathering documents needed but I have a question about the required forms. I've read on VJ that some of these forms are no longer needed to be filled out, is that right? Does that apply to Canada and Vancouver?

For the vaccines, go off Dr. Cheema's website. Only the age appropriate ones are needed. The travel site lists all vaccines which confused me at first too. But you only need a few specific ones depending on your age.

As for the Vancouver email, that was the correct one I used last year and afaik it hasn't changed since then. Packet 3 isn't instantaneous but shouldn't take too long. Try checking some recent Vancouver timelines. A year ago I think it took them about 10 days to get our file from NVC.

Thank you for clearing up the vaccinations and the email. I went ahead and tried the email yesterday and I got an automated response, so it's the current email. I guess I'll wait for packet 3 now to see what exactly is on there.

There is also a guide stickied at the top of the Canada forum about the Vancouver process, have you browsed it?

For the vaccines only the 4 are needed. If she has already had those she can get tests done to check her immunity (if she no longer has the paperwork proving she's had the shots.)

I've taken a look at it but the medical part is outdated. It is still Woking I think.

She just had the vaccinations done a year ago so I believe she can still get her paperwork.
