Still no reply to my RFE response. Today is the 6th day. Really hoping by the end of tonight I receive a response. My babes been having a bad day, it'd be perfect.

Can ppl who got an RFE tell me how long it took for an answer ? I just want to kno the fastest and longest so I don't get crazy

Mine took 5 weeks to the day to get approved after they received my reply to the RFE. Try to be patient!

Ugh, lol ok thanks. That's why I want to know different peoples experience. I was waiting on a 1 week type of thing lol

I got approved 5 days after my rfe was received.

Aww that's good to hear , altho I'm over the 5th day lol . I'm not counting weekends or Columbus day. Hopefully I hear something Monday

It probably depends on their internal workflow or whether or not it's something simple like a box on the form that wasn't checked, or a missed signature - or something more complicated like additional evidence of meeting within the 2 year period. Also I think sometimes they approve petitions in batches - on the day we received approval, there were 6 others (here on VJ) that were approved on the same day.

Yes I agree. Mine was just the letters of intent to marry. That should be pretty simple.

But like you said I'm being pacient. When it comes, it comes. If I think about it all the time, it'll probably take forever lol.
