Susie is supposed to be on the plane on four hours to come to the US. Her friends decided to come over last night and hang out (all 20 of them) and have a party and see her off. I don't mind that but I went back to work after my lunch and they were still there and it was near 4 am. Susie was planning to leave to go to the airport at 0630. I call her at 0700 and she was still sleeping. Her plane leaves at 1120 and she still has to catch a bus and ride to Seoul and then check in. I'm really hoping she makes it or else she may not be here for Christmas (flights are probably all booked). I'm praying there is no traffic heading into Seoul right now.

She paid 1300 for that ticket. I told her to get some sleep but no...now I'm going nuts. :angry:

Dec. 24, 2006 - Said arrives in NOLA, just in time for the holidaze!

Dec. 31, 2006 - OUR WEDDING!!! Ringing in a New Year as husband & wife!

Jan 8, 2007 - applied for SSN

Jan 15, 2007 - recieved SSN

Feb 6, 2007 - checks cashed for AOS/EAD/AP - YAY!

Feb 8, 2007 - NOA1 on AOS/EAD/AP

Feb 14, 07 - touched EAD/AP

March 8, 07 - Biometrics appt in NOLA

April 17, 07 - AP approved

^she was probably sleeping in the bus @ 7 am. if a person misses their original flight...airlines will usually put people in the next available...perhaps the next day. she'll be here by xmas at least. :) tc!

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

Well, I was at work when she was on the way...thankfully her friend went with her to the airport. Apparently she made it on the plane. Maybe I was worrying too much, but I'd hate to think we go through all this and then something dumb happens like missing a flight.

She'll be here Thursday at about 1630. :dance:
