Btw I filed this I-765 concurrently with my AoS and AP. I just got another text saying the AP was approved. My understanding is that they issue a combo card for EAD and AP when you filed them together unless one of them was not approved.

In case my EAD is denied, is it advisable to reapply if my AOS interview is already scheduled for 11/13 or just wait for GC?

This is actually good news! I had my AP approved, then several days later received notification that my birth date had been updated with regard to my I-765, as you can see on my timeline, my EAD was then approved for card production several days after that. I'm not sure exactly what they are doing when they make these updates but it is my understanding it means they are processing it.

I received notification today that they have mailed my EAD card (which I anticipate is a combo card with my AP) even though online my I-131 still says post decision activitiy. If they've approved the I-131 and mailed the EAD card it would only make sense both EAD and AP are on the card. Hope this helps and you're experiencing something similar to what I went through. Cross your fingers!
