Quick question to everyone. I am starting to work on my I-485. My name is Craig Stockman. So for my wife would I put: Family name: Stockman Given name: Claudia and maybe leave Middle name blank. My wife was Claudia Lucas Rivera in Peru.

I think that's what the government wants: her new information. thanks, craig

Your wife should put whatever name she plans on using as her last name.... if she wants to use your last name ie. her married name then that is what she should list under family/last name..... if she wishes to continue to use her maiden name then that is wat she should put....
