Ok...here's my issue. My wife arrived on a K1 last July. We married in August and subsequently applied for AOS in September. So, we were out today to get her a state ID card, (so she doesn't have to carry her passport everywhere.) We were told at the license bureau that she needs to have her I-94 along with the I-797, (NOA1 for I-485.) I think I sent in the I-94 we printed off with the I-485 application. Oops. When I went back to the cbp.gov site to print off another one, it said 'no record found'. Any ideas??

I understand. The expiry date was actually November of 2014. Must have been a typo. I hope I still have a copy around somewhere. The girl at the license bureau told us to come back with what we have. The document she gave us states that we may not an I94 if we have a valid passport, entry visa, and the I797...we have all of that. I'll see what they say on Monday.
