Everything went great at the Embassy in Honduras! The embassy approved my fiancees K1 visa and we made it to the states without incident! We were married Sunday the 6th, and now I am trying to adjust her status (I-485). Here's my questions:

I guess the I-485 applies to whatever kind of visa people get, so I m confused about how to do this for a K1. The first thing is the Form I-693 (Medical Examination). I dont have a copy of this as her medical exams were in a sealed envelope that was confiscated by immigration in Miami. What do I need to do about this? Do they already have her I-693? Or do I have to try and get another copy? If so, How?

Secondly, the instructions I found say I need to send the Copy of Approval from Consulate..What is that talking about? The interview letter? Would her approved Visa not be sufficient? Please help me understand if you know anything about this!

Thanks,

Aaron

You need a copy of the NOA2 I-129F approval notice.

The I-693 is only used by civil surgeons here in the US. The forms from your K-1 medical with a panel physician are DS forms. See this post about the medical > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/428381-i-693-report-of-medical-examination-and-vaccination-report/?p=6206232
