How to contact the US consulate in London

Hey,

How do I get in contact with the US embassy in London? Ive tried the email provided in the London Consulate Information section but only get an automatic reply back saying "the email box is now closed". When calling I can't seem to get passed the automatic answering system to speak to an operator.

Does anyone know of any way other way to get in contact with the embassy?

They want you to use this online contact form now. http://london.usembassy.gov/niv/visa_contact_form.html
