My Husband had his visa interview on the 24th of September in Lome,Togo (West Africa) in case some didn't know where it was. The interview went well and they lady at the desk at the end told him to say the whole story to her and when he told her she ended up pregnant and had the baby that's when she stopped asking questions. He showed her his birth certificate and passport which are American. She told him everything is perfect but the only thing missing is his medical. He's not the one whose supposed to have his medical present at the time of the interview, the doctor had to drop it off. that's how it works in that country. So they gave him a paper for 221 G temporary refusal cause they're waiting for the medical. Its been 22 days ive called every couple days and said nothing new. Today i called and they said that they're looking at the papers. Oh and they took his passport. So im confused why he has to have Administrative processing when they told him everything is correct on your papers only the medical missing. We called the doctor and he swore that he sent them the medicals for every single person. DO YOU THINK ITS GONNA TAKE LONG TIME ?

Did he have his medical yet? And if he did it takes time for them to review it to make sure everything is in order

In this conuslate they dont let the beneficiery take his medical to his app. they only let the doctor bring it and i called the other day and she said they're working with his papers.
