Im a April petitioner and im still waiting for the NOA 2 from USCIS .when i checked my online status it showed that its still in initial review.

By the way can any one tell me what the actual criteria of processing the application of I-130 because i have seen many of petitioner who got their NOA2 from USCIS are the May & June petitioner and many of petitioner are still waiting for the NOA2 like petitioner from January , February ,March etc...?? what is the science here???

Why some cases are done on very fast track while other take to much time for the same thing???

One reason you have realize is that some of these I-130 petitions are at their local offices not everyone from january to June is sitting at NBC.

It is what it is. All you can do is wait and try to raise a. Oice and let the powers that be know things have come to a crawl.

On November 15, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed.

any one who run throug this process earlier?plz share your comments about how long it will take to get my NOA2?

Oh, I was wrong. They've managed to advance one day in 2 months. They're now showing a date of Oct. 2,2012

^{My husband filed a I130 petition for me on february and i received the first notice on nov 15, 2013......on nov 19 i received another notification saying that on nov 18 my case was transefered to my local uscis office.....then i need to wait for "decision" ......i logged in my acc online and signed up for text & email notifications so is faster to get them instead of waiting any news by mail....i wish someone can tell me how long it takes to process my case & the desicion about my I130 peticion....good luck friends}

They changed it from Oct 2012 to Feb 2013 a day ago. If you applied in last Nov then you should call and ask for expedite service request since you are way beyond their processing date.
