I hope i am just worrying a little too much. But, our case was back to ready after going through 1 day AP then issued.

I am just worried because i wasn't told by the consular if i was approved or not by the end of the interview(just this oct. 15, 2013), unlike some of the other applicants who were right way informed.

I really feel that everything went well. I wasn't asked to submit any additional documents nor given the 221 thing or a white letter at the releasing window. And even when i asked the representative there he said it is issued(i know he still doesn't have any power on the printing of my visa). Aside from that i saw on the little pink slip that the approved checkbox was marked (although by an 'x', like how their forms are filled out).

Anyway after the interview my case was updated but still ready on the 15th, AP on the 16th then went to issued. Then now it is back to ready but it says ( your case is open. Please check after 2 business days). What foes this mean?

I just want to know if any of you had a similar situation. Or is this just a normal processing that they are just rechecking it or something. Is there a great chance it is approved? :s

I am really worried. I hopeto hear from you guys! And i also wish everyone the best in all your applications! :)

My wife was never told she was approved, I know I was there.... most are not told they are approved. They kept your passport? Did they verify delivery address at the last window? Then you just need to keep track and be patient.

Embassy states it can take up to two weeks for delivery after issuance, and issuance is not the interview.

Thanks hank_ :) yeah, they did keep my passport. In the releasing window though, they just verified my name and if i had my biometrics. I am not sure if the guy just forgot or something. But during the interview with the filipino consul/representative, he did confirm my address. Then that's it. I hope they just forgot or thought it wasn't necessary, because i was one of the last people in the embassy.

Hi everyone! Thanks yo those who replied and i would just like to share that, "YES" i got my visa. Now the reason why it went from issued and back to ready because they printed a visa that lacks information and have to cancel it. In my case the visa lack annotation. So they have to reprint it. It took i think 9 days in total from the day of my interview to the day i received it. Well there was no explanation made, but it was just my assumption because that is the only difference of the cancelled visa to the correct and issued visa.
