Hello,

I have entered into USA on CR-1 category after my second marriage anniversary.I should have been admitted as IR-1 rather than CR-1 and to obtain a permanent resident card i am going to fill form i-90

I have few questions about the form

Part 2. Application Type

A. Permanent Resident OR B. Conditional Permanent Resident

This is a total confusion for me.I am a permanent resident but have a conditional two year green card because of USCIS mistake so which one should I select ? unsure.png

Part 3. Processing Information

Location where you applied for an immigration visa : Is it asking me where we filed my i130 application in USA ?

Location where immigration vis was issued : This is clear to me.I got my visa at MUMBAI,INDIA so I believe the answer is MUMBAI

Help !!!!
