My mom is a LPR and she applied for my bro last year in August and we never got the notice by mail. Now they email us that they needed evidence. I called them one and they did talk to me after verifying with my mom. Right now my mother is in Pakistan. What should I do email them or any other suggestion. Will appreciate that. I don't want to waste anytime waiting around for the letter.

What they want is indicated on that letter.

So the problem is this, I have not receive the letter yet and it happened the same last time when we have got the email stating that they accepted our application. I called them when my mom was here and they said there was an error in my address and I have the same address. I checked the form the address was correct. Please help me out with this.
