OK...I am clueless maybe someone has been

through the process....Mr Question (my Neighbor)

is in his 70s, he have travelled for 40 yrs on

visa (tourists) His kids, Grand & Great-grands

Lives in the US & Europe (he's widowed) Normally

he has never stayed over 3 weeks his last visit

was in August. He goes to US every yr

He has come to me to re-new his visa on-line, he

knows nothing about computer neither his house-keeper

I cant find nothing about renewal application except

one pays NCB prior to interview, so do he just take in

the PP with the last 10 yr visa expiring next month, or do

he have to apply all over with bank statements, pension,

car/house title etc ...I have no idea what app. if any

he should be filing and his kids is expecting him for

Christmas....thanks in advance

He does the ds-160, upload a picture, pays his visa fee, sets up account and registers for DHL, picks appointment, done. Take ds-160 with all his evidence to interview.
