K1 visa interview

I am filing an I-129F fiance visa from here in the US. My fiance is a UK citizen but is not living in the UK. He's working in Oman although he's not a permanent resident there. He's just working. What do I put on the application? Does he have to be interviewed at the Consulate/Embassy in London or can he do it in Oman? And will this take a lot longer to get processed?

We're just starting and it seems overwhelming.

You can request to have the K1 proceesed through a consulate other than London, however with a place like Oman you may want to check processing times first since it could take much longer than London. I am guessing that you'll find going through the London consulate to be much moore expeditious.
