February 2012 FA2 Filler at VSC still waiting for NOA2

Hi ,i'm new in this forum.my PD is feb 2012.filled two I-130 forms for my spouse and my son(under 21) on february 2012 at vermont service center.I'm still waiting for the NOA2..But, as i can see in this forum,some person who have PD later than mine have already Noa2...so,anyone can help me and advice me on what i can do???

You can call them, and ask them what is going on because according to the processing time for I -130, they are handling after march 27, 2013.

I m sure, once you call them, they will take an action. Or else, you can put service request online too.

02/25/201;3: I-130 NOA 1
08/21/2013: I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

10/07/2013: I -130 approved.

08/12/2013 : I-485, I-131, I-765 Packet sent.
08/15/2013: e-mail and text received from USCIS.
08/21/2013: received hard copy.
08/25/2013: received hard copy of biometrics for 09/13/2013.
08/27/2013: Done walk-in biometrics.
9/17/2013: I -485 status updated to testing and interview.

9/27/2013: I -485 status shows Interview date November 5th, 2013

10/11/2013: I-765 and I-131 got approved.

11/5/2013: Green card approved

11/5/2013: I -485 status shows card production.

11/5/2013: Status moved back to decision.

11/7/2013: I-485 status shows card production.

11/14/2013: Received green card for 10 years

You can call them, and ask them what is going on because according to the processing time for I -130, they are handling after march 27, 2013.

I m sure, once you call them, they will take an action. Or else, you can put service request online too.

You can check new processing time on uscis website.!!

They just updated new processing time 2 days ago.!!

02/25/201;3: I-130 NOA 1

Where did you get that date information from ?

You should go to USCIS website and check out processing times. If your PD is before the posted date for your service center, you should call and have the case looked at. My wife's PD was March 6th, 2013. I received NOA2 on Oct 4th, 2013. Service Center was VSC.

Oh Thanx for the info. I just dont know how often they update that data. I checked it 3 days back and it was 5 months for VSC

You should go to USCIS website and check out processing times. If your PD is before the posted date for your service center, you should call and have the case looked at. My wife's PD was March 6th, 2013. I received NOA2 on Oct 4th, 2013. Service Center was VSC.

Not gonna help me. My PD is June 6th. Thanx!!

I called the uscis service center,got somebody who passed me tier 2...after 40 minutes i got the tier 2 and he told me that my case was delay for a background check...they can not move forward my case until the background been completed...and that i call uscis if i don't have anything from them in 6 months...i'm worried...why only me???? He told me that more you are old,more the background check is long...im 40 years...am i the older petitioner in uscis?????who can help me on what i can do in this situation????

You can talk to your congressman.

The problem is if its a background check, you cant really do anything about it.

My PD is 2/15/13 and It is transferred from VSC to NSC. I am plannig to contact the congresswoman next week. BTW what is her name?

@DIC731 What is your pd and the service center??? I just sent an e-mail to my congresswoman and hope receving an answer soon...
