Visa Issued and waybill number

My wife had interview on 11th Oct in Montreal. After the interview she was told her visa has been approved and she should be getting the passport back in couple of days. I checked the CEAC website and the Status says it was Issued on October 11. But the CSC visa information site still doesn't have the waybill number. In CSC I see Reference ID & MRV Fee Receipt, but no waybill. When should be expect to see this? I read in the forum that you might be able to track the package using Reference ID on dhl website, but that didn't work fork me. Any idea guys?

Try calling DHL citing your reference number? Monday was a holiday which may have delayed things by a couple of days.

March 31, 2013 - POE
April 12, 2013 - Wedding! (41213 prime!)

May 02, 2013 - Sent off AOS, EAD, AP package

May 04, 2013 - Package arrived at Chicago lockbox

May 22, 2013 - Early walk in Biometrics, Alexandria VA

June 03, 2013 - RFE for AOS

June 17, 2013 - RFE response received

July 05, 2013 - EAD and AP approved

July 10, 2013 - EAD card production
