So since i'm applying for both of my parents, do i need to submit the payments together or seperately, what about the evidences too, one of each form? Am i supposed to put both forms together inside the same envelope or mail them out in the seperate envelopes? Thanks again!

However you want to present it. You can do one check or money order or one for each.

Evidence duplicate and have each petition with their own evidence. I would keep together so they get processed together and not separated. Put all in one envelope.

Since they are your parents I would gather you need to have your birth certificate with their names there and their ID submitted (but check the requirement for petitioning a parent).

thanks, i will, after i send out the applications.

Questions for everyone again,

For the translated documents with seals do i send them in original or send them the copies? On the instructions it says:

"Copies. Unless specifically required that an original document be filed with an application or peition, a legible photocopy may be

submitted. Original documents submitted when not required may remain a part of the record, and will not automatically be return to you."

But for the translated documents it has the translator's ceritified seal, should i then send it the original? Or still a photocopy, i only have one original. How do you all handle this? Thanks!

Never send originals to USCIS. A copy is fine. You will need originals for NVC.

Have you considered hiring an attorney to help with this process. I'm sorry but I personally get a very uncomfortable feelign with your level of knowledge in this process. I HAD an attorney and still hit snags along the way, but at least she was there to tell me exactly what to do and how/when to submit.

Just a thought.
