I want to view the form DS 160 my fiance would have to fill out in the future, where can I do that ?

I don't see it in the VJ example form tab yet.
Can I see it printed out anywhere, like an example form or even blank to know what questions are asked

before actually going through the online process ?

Since I am the petitioner I can't just go to the online system and view it without filling it out right ?

Just want to know the questions now.

July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Thanks so much I was actually going to head to that site next.

Someone should add it here to the VJ example forms.

The format looked so familiar and I just realized that we had to fill it out in 2010 lol......including all the other ones

back then. Good thing they are all replaced with one form now. Too many trees again.....lol.

Unfortunatly you really can't. Not unless you go through the process like you are the beneficiary (which I started to do but I only got to the first section). It looks like it is in 6 or 7 section. I guess you could go through it and fill it out with made up info just to see what it looks like. Just don't submit it.

No, I really do not want to do that..... I feel like I am doing something wrong as a petitioner filling it out. Irrational perhaps.

One can become paranoid in this process laughing.gif I like to double and triple check all forms myself just in case a mistake slips in.

I can just see him making a mistake not that I am beyond that myself. Two sets of eyes see better than one.

Just weird that it can not be viewed somewhere.

I took another look at it and here are the sections:

I know what you mean about wanting to double check stuff. I am the same way. I want to make sure we have all the information and it is done right. Hopefully this will help you and I won't get into trouble for posting it.

RFE : June 12, 2015 for income not meeting guideline. Income does ( ! ) exceed guideline.

RFE response : June 26, 2015 returned with a boat load full of financial evidence.

UPDATE: July 5, 2015 updated on all 3 cases, RFE received June 30, 2015.

Service request : Aug 12, 2015, letter received that it will be processed within 90 days from receipt of RFE.

UPDATE: Aug 24, 2015, EAD card being produced/ordered. ( 102 days from AOS receipt day and 55 days from RFE response received.) Thank you Jesus !

Renewal EAD in production notification text and online, expedite successful 4 days after RFE request response was faxed, Aug25mailed,Aug29received.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

I took another look at it and here are the sections:

  1. PERSONAL 1 - name, sex, marital status, date & place of birth.
  2. PERSONAL 2 - nationality and ID #s
  3. ADDRESS & PHONE
  4. PASSPORT INFO - number, where issued, date issued and expiration date.
  5. TRAVEL - purpose of trip to US and when and where
  6. TRAVEL COMPANIONS - person traveling with you.
  7. PREVIOUS US TRAVEL
  8. US CONTACT - name and address
  9. FAMILY - father and mothers names and dates of birth, children or ex-spouse.
  10. WORK/EDUCATION/TRAINING - current employment and previous. travel to any other countries?

I have some questions. I have realize that the form is actually about me

1- In us contact i should put my fiance's info right?

2- In travel companions... my fiance will pick me up to go to the us.. should i put him?

3-besides the ds form... should i take another form to the interview? about my fiance's salary and that?

When can you fill out the ds160 form? I just received noa2 last week...

After you get the case number and invoice number from NVC.
