Hello fellow vjers here i am back again you knew the story so wont dwell

well i had my interview today at london and it went awesome

all very friendly and most of all was APPROVED

been a long wait and long day i can hardly keep my eyes open

now we can finally move on and start a life together

i want to thank most of all

June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

08/19/2013 Called DOS told NVC received file case number given.

08/21/2013 file in transit to London embassy as stated on CEAC website also spoke to DOS to confirm

O9/05/2015 medical appointment

09/06/2013 packet 3 arrived in the mail.

09/10/2013 CEAC update medical result received by embassy

1/28/2014 I-131 application for travel documents in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent

1/28/2014 I-765 application for employment authorization in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent.

2/7/2014 (day11) noa1 hard copy arrived in the mail for I-485 I-131 I-765

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

well the first part is handing in forms police records affidavit of support medical records courier payment appointment letter passport and pics ect

a few random questions what is your fiance name

the second part is the questions about your relationship

whats her name again

what does she do

where does she live

mums name

any siblings ect

then how did we meet and where

when did we talk about marriage / engagement

has she visited me

then it was about the crime i told him all the truth he actually giggled said its not an issue

took the oath and he approved me

and honest its scary on the day but as soon as it stars it is easy relaxed and everyone is so very nice

and i hope your interview goes cracking im sure it will and im sure another approval will be for you

hope this helps sorry its not in great detail im just so tired and mentally drained
