Hi. I am just wondering, on Igor's list, why is only VSC and CSC shown? We filed to TSC!!

You send your case to the lockbox in Texas and then it either ends up in Vermont or California depending on the state where you wish to move to.

Ok, well, we filed for a K1 visa, but i will move to Florida, Miami, to my fiancee. Will we be informed on the status when it's moved?

As soon as you get your case number, if they didn't e-mail it to you yet, you can check online your case status and it tells you right away where your case is being processed. I think your case will be in Vermont, but it doesn't mean much where it'll end and it's hard to predict how long it'll take for it to be approved. Anyway, I'm pretty sure Vermont was snowed in with cases and some were moved to another center (back to Texas, that is), but if that happens they let you know where your case has been moved to. If you didn't get an e-mail or are unable to retrieve your case number, you can call them.

You're going to be notified about any movement/ change in your case.

All petitions are sent to the Dallas Lockbox. That is an intake facility and not the TSC. They used to be sent from the lockbox to either the CSC or VSC. As of a couple months ago, all the petitions that would have been normally been sent to the VSC are now being sent to the TSC.

Starting the week of July 29, 2013, USCIS began redirecting all newly filed Forms I-129F from the VSC to the TSC. The receipt notice will bear a TSC receipt number beginning with “SRC”. The case will be processed by the TSC. The CSC will continue receiving Forms I-129F.

Ah ok, we have a reciept nr beginning with SRC , so then it is at TSC But still, whoever Igor is, he needs to put TSC in his list!! lol

Your I-129F definitely is processing to TSC. You already have your NOA-1 hardcopy (or your fiance has), and it says clearly where your I-129F will ended up. This is what my fiance sent to me.

Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Texas Service Center

for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your

official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number XXXXXX.

Hope yours moving faster since TSC very quick for approvals lately. Good luck, girl!

You do realize that igor's list is a representation of just VJ members and not a representation of everyone who has pending petitions and applications, don't you? It is only as accurate as the information VJ members plug into their timelines, and a very small percentage of the total number of people who have applied on the whole.

Thank you for the wishes. My fiance and I are actually waiting our case shipped to NVC now. We were approved in 38 days and hope you can get faster than ours.
