They are in jail longer because they don't give the judge under the table money. They are not given fair trials. It is statistically proven that black males get more time than white males and it is not because of repeat offender problems.

How many times do we hear about a white man raping a child that was on the sex offenders list? But yet in still they spend less time in jail as a sex offender than a black man that was caught smoking marijuana when even Bush admitted to smoking pot.

My narrow experience does not affect millions of people. I do not assume someone is a certain way, just because of their skin color. I only make decisions based on how they look, how they speak and what they think. Would I move in a predominantly black neighbourhood? It depends. If my neighbors are lawyers and doctors and teachers, in a heartbeat. If they have golden teeth, no way.

How about admitting that there is a problem in the black community? I am sure there is a prejudice against them in the justice system as well, dont get me wrong, but you cant justify those numbers just based on that.

If you are discriminated against, how about acting irreproachably? How about having a black society that is so educated and law abiding, that white cops cant even give you a seat belt ticket?

I was discriminated at home, because of my gender. So I made sure I went above and beyond in everything I did, so there was nothing they could ever reproach me. How about that approach?

I sincerely hope that the black population will stop having these problems. It isnt the skin or any perceived natural inferiority, it is the culture of hip-hop and all that. The sooner that becomes a thing of the past, the better for all of us, as a society.

Hmmm, lets not forget, Vanilla Ice, Marky Mark aka Mark Whalberg, Eminem, Bubba Sparks, Far East Movement, but I don't see you being this judgmental to Asians and whites about their like for hip hop.

I can't tell people what music they can and cannot produce. I can only choose not to support it. I support Beyonce, Florida Georgia Line, Ciara, Exile (Japanese band), Blake Shelton, Bathiya and Santhush( Sri Lankan group), Andre Boccelli( Italian that does Spanish composed music) and my list goes on.

I honestly dont see what negative views I am spreading.

I also dont think people are so easy to influence.

And I do treat all people decently, despite what you might think. I did hire a black woman over a white one, because she seemed a better fit for the job (and I was right, she is one of the best employees currently).
