European Bachelor Diploma Recognized in USA?

Hi,my fiancee has a bachelor diploma in finance and I was wondering does anyone know will it be recognized in the US as it is from Europe or would she have to take additional classes or tests?Any information would be helpful,thank you!

Hi,I think she has everything,she would like to continue to study in the near future if possible but the work is the main concern.

If she hadn't graduated from some exotic school, she should be able to study in the US. They need to see if she has all the prerequisites. Contacting GPD may help. Work is another story. One may find her diploma sufficient, others may need to get it evaluated.

Getting a job depends on the variables that I mentioned earlier, and on the job market itself. Some employers might have their own in-house proficiency tests, by means of which they test the capabilities of job-applicants.

Continued study might certainly require tests and exams, but more likely would be an evaluation of her curriculum.

You might consider obtaining multiple certified translations of the diploma, if it's not already in English. Definitely obtain multiple copies of her university transcript (courses taken) before she leaves her country.
