McConnell was able to procure nearly 3 billion to finish that little dam they're building. Quite a big jump from $775 million.

McConnell hasn't even requested these funds. That's not going to keep the Tea Party radicals from using this fiction to mount their case against Mitch "Pork Barrell" McConnell in the primary next year. It'll be entertaining.
