62 days? Isn't that a short amount of time? I-130s are waiting 9-11 months just for their NOA2s.

its 62 days after complying to rfe, Im oct 2012 filer one more week its one year of waiting for total .

We call Uscis today and they said ,have much work and lot of cases and they going to slow, so we need to wait for Vermont response.

Fiance called them yesterday , same as yours said they are overloaded & apologizing for the delays.Good luck to us

Hey guys, we have been waiting for our NOA2 for over a year now. We are october filers, and got an RFE that is coming to five months next week, and USCIS is saying nothing even when we communicate. We are here with you guys...waiting!
