62 days still No NOA2!

Hello VJ family! Im K1 under VSC , we have RFE & complied .Its 62 days now after that, we dont hear anything yet last status update was aug15 for RFE response review.Any one same situation with me or been to this situation ,Pls share your thoughts or experiences .TIA

We are November 2012 filers and received our Rfe in May 24,2013,VSC received at jun24,2013, we have 113 days since our Rfe and still waiting a Vermont detition in our Noa2.Good luck to you..

We call Uscis today and they said ,have much work and lot of cases and they going to slow, so we need to wait for Vermont response.

looks like we quite close,OCt 2012 filer, may 17 RFE ,complied aug 6. under VSC too! Hope we got our NOA2 Soon we been waiting for so long

It seems like VSC very slow lately. CSC and TSC are very quickly for approvals. I hope you guys get yours very soon. Good luck

Try calling and give them your case number. See if they received it yet or if they can give you any kind of information.

Thank you guys...we call every week twice and they said the same information, our case still pending consideration, and agent have the case and we need to wait until the case is complete and they take a desition.

I guess you just need extra patience, I know what it feels like to wait and wait... well, considering how many days have passed, you're closer to your NOA2 now than you've ever been before.

62 days? Isn't that a short amount of time? I-130s are waiting 9-11 months just for their NOA2s.
