I also hired an attorney do for my case. She didn't know anything about EP either. When I requested for EP, She said she is not going to take any responsibility for that and I need to submit all the electronic files by myself. Anyway, my case is not eligible for EP.

Oh haha..... icic. Make sure they have up to date notarized police record on the date of interview. Bring with them. I think it expires after one year from the issuance date.

They haven't moved since two weeks ago.. I'm still going to do this tracking until mine is finished (9/9), but I really hope they aren't taking their time and that my "tracking method" is wrong.. at this rate, we won't even have an interview in January then..

for you guys who are reading this, take a look at EXP 08 AUG 2013A.. there is something there, but it has a big anomaly.. it took over two months just to arrive at Guangzhou from Boston.. normally it takes about 2-3 weeks or so.. that date was under clearance check a lot..

My case is still not delivered yet. I think the speed depends on the weight of the package. The package is about 20lbs. Mine is about 5lbs. Hopefully, it will arrive at GUZ soon.

zhaozi, can you tell me if you do get a reply from the guangzhou consulate? I emailed them about 2-3 times since 9/10 wanting a reply, but I never got one.. do they not answer their emails anymore? Anyone else not getting any replies back?

I am not quite follow by the way you track this. I have a feeling that you will receive the P4 by early December base on the NVC sent out date. Maybe latest by early January. My mother's case was approved in 10 days. They working pretty fast.

I'm using the DHL Shipping Reference to track it.. entering all these dates to track the oldest one still there.. I'm assuming that when they receive it (or start to work on the case), it should disappear from the DHL tracking, am I right? Or at least when they finish the case, it will disappear..

Currently, the oldest date from Boston to Guangzhou is August 02 (EXP 02 AUG 2013A).. Mine is September 09.. so that's 38 days away.. my estimate is they will start working on my case after 38 days ... so a estimate of December.. with an estimate (45 days, 1/2 month to send out P4, and then a month from appt letter to interview, hopefully).. so an interview of end of January now..

Yeah, so I'm just running a theory here.. as to estimate date.. I really hope my thinking is incorrect here, but this is the best I can come up with now to track my individual case.. and I will track it every day too.. just post here on the weekdays though with my updates =)
