I received my GC for 10 years but i am supposed to receive it for only 2 years, since we have been married for less than 6 months at the time of approval. If anyone had been through this situation, can you please tell me what are the next steps that i have to take?

Thanks much in advance for your valuable suggestions.

You can report the card as a USCIS error if you have been married less than 2 years. Even if you don't report the card YOU are responsible for filing for removal of conditions in the proper window at the 2 years of permanent residence stage.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Did you finish 2 years of marriage when your petition was adjudicated ? If, Yes, you are good. If not, they might have done it with error.

Fix it now or you will be screwed in the future.
