Why are white people supposed to stay and endure rising crime rates, occasional riots and declining school environments?

In a free society people always do things to benefit themselves and their families.... which is why there is Black flight as well.

It's also peculiar that you complain about Whites bailing out via White-flight..... and then you cry when they move back in and fix the neighborhood up via "gentrification.

Unless something changes this chasm between these two groups will remain indefinitely and that is because of the marked difference in "Attainment of education."

The reason some brands of Asians do so darn well is because of the drive (and aptitude) they seem to have to EXCELL in the classroom and then in their profession.

The same could be said of Jews. Both Minorities which excel beyond the average WASP.

It's not hard. I don't shun black culture, I don't tolerate ignorance. The two aren't synonymous. That's the root of the problem. If someone says you're acting black, what's the first thing that comes to you mind? Do you think intelligent, compassionate, caring? Or do you think something else? I act like a human being, no more no less, there shouldn't be a label on it. If you want to take that bet, let's go because I'm in the double digits if you really want to push it.

12 years man, 12 years I've been living overseas. My first marriage was 9 years, this one just hit the 2 year mark. Do the math, finding a black woman in any of the countries I've been stationed was almost impossible.

And why does the crime rise when blacks move in? Because the police and support systems leave. You keep missing that part. What's worse is when blacks move out to get away from it, if too many do the same thing, it starts all over again.

Show me where I complain if someone comes back and tries to clean it up. I applaud anyone who does that, I don't care what color they are.
