IV Package without DS-230

Hello,

Quick question -- our IV payment is stuck as PENDING even though we already have a receipt and the barcode. Should we go ahead and send the IV package even though the DS-230 isn't available yet? Or is there something that needs to be printed and included AFTER the DS-230 is completed?

Nothing more just the bar code sheet you have now and civil docs for beneficiaries. I sent mine out today after calling NVC and they ask me to send it in pending my IV payment clearance. I made payment since oct 7th and still in process. They confirmed they've been having problem with the processing lately and one should be patient.

I advice you send in the docs and at least you'll know its with them and you only have filling out the ds-260 online left. Meanwhile, no more ds-230 its been replaced with ds-260.

same here,my iv payment is still in process for 5 business days,so its ok to just send in my iv packet since we already have the coversheet?

Sorry, yeah I meant DS-260.

I actually just sent them a money order since it seemed that their payment issues was more widespread than just our case. I'll go ahead and send the civil docs in then, thank you!
