Yes there is a difference between an ultimately flawed news organization striving to be unbiased and one like Faux News that has no ambitions to be anything but a propaganda machine.

Incidentally, it's not a good thing that Fox News has a high viewership, considering that viewers of that channel score worse on news quizzes than those who watch any other news programming (including the Daily Show).
