i sent my I-129F 3 month ago and they didn't send my a confirmation back, so far. I don't really know what am i suppose to do ? I'm going to my fiance country next years, so i think the would be better if we marry there and try to apply to the K3. what do you guys think??

Have you checked to see if your check was cashed?

if the check was cashed then they are in process and you can use the number on the back to track the process..

Do you mean you've not had any confirmation that they've received it at all, or that you've not been approved yet? Have you received your NOA1?

What do you mean they didn't send you a confirmation? Do you mean didn't track the package and therefore do not know if it ever arrived at USCIS or do you mean that you haven't yet received your NOA1 -1st notice of action?

well, i sent by usps registered mail, i'm pretty sure that my pack got there and so far they didn't send my an thing. I never got the confirmation. I don't really know if they cash the check out, because i sent a money order(pretty dumb choice).

You should call them and explain the situation. Have you sent a money order or a check? Both can be tracked to see if they have cashed it.

Contact the company that issued the money order and find out if it's been cashed.

If it has not, consider canceling the money order, getting your money back, and re-submiting the petition. With the amount of time that has passed it may be quicker than trying to locate the missing submission.

If the money order has been cashed there are any number of reasons why you haven't received a Receipt Notice. Difficult as it may be, try calling the National Customer Service Center to try to find your case. They will want your case number, which you don't have, but when you get that point across to them they may have have other ways to find you in the data base.

You should definitely do something. Find out if the check got cashed and than call the Immigration office. Don't wait ANY longer. Good luck.

Eh...that's exactly what happened to me and my fiance the 2nd time we tried to file I-129F. My Fiance called the Service Centre, inquiring about our petition (which is prolly what you wanna try to do and do stay on the line until you get to talk to a human being). The people at the VSC said they never received our files... weird. So anyways, my fiance sent ANOTHER I-129F (the 3rd one) and since then our case has been moving pretty fast.
