I have to laugh watching CNN this morning. They keep pushing this alleged govt. shutdown story day after day after day. Their next story is how consumer confidence is at the lowest levels since after the Lehman collapse. I doubt more than 10% even know what it's about. What a chicken little society we live in.

And if the Pubs were smart they would be very quite right now, and the lead stories would be how Obamacare is going down in flames.

Those idiots are going to save the Dems from their own Obamacare screw up and give them someone to blame it on

I always laugh when people talk about "liberal media"..

Isn't Fox News the most watched news network in the country?

Oh god, no. Maybe among the senior/retiree age bracket, if that.

"Liberal media" is also an idea Fox made up.

It used to be that news was forced to comply with the "fairness" doctrine, and report both sides of a story. In the early 80s, I believe, the fairness doctrine was eliminated. Out of that Fox news was born. Traditional networks like ABC, CBS, still operate with this doctrine in mind.

Fox News has a stranglehold on the Moonbats and Looneytoons viewer demographic.

Okay I just looked it up and it appears among cable news networks (not all news outlets) Fox is number 1. Those numbers are heavily skewed by the number of senior citizens who watch it. I wonder if they just fall asleep with the TV on.

Are you sure?

Fox News seems to get more ratings than MSNBC and CNN.

The cable news ratings for the third quarter are in and each of the big three networks can claim some form of victory. As usual, the network with the least need for spin–at least when it comes to ratings–is Fox, which has now been number one in total day and primetime for 47 consecutive quarters and 141 consecutive months. This leaves MSNBC and CNN in a fierce battle for second place. While MSNBC was able to claim a win over CNN in primetime, CNN managed to beat MSNBC in total day.

They cater to old people who are home alone during the day. Fox and Friends basically suckles the wrinkly balls of America.

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

I would have used cuddles or fondles but hey yours is good too.

It's funny as I watch my dad and stepmonster get older (70's), they are constantly trying to surpass each other in insane conservative opinions that make me giggle at first and the shudder a little because I can see the insane glimmer in their eyes as they stare at me waiting for my concurrence.

Deep inside the icy glare I can see the faint reflection...
