The interview is an all day affair. The actual interview takes only minutes but the wait is many hours. Good thing she left her cell phone home because non US citizens can't bring them inside. Don't worry, this is all normal.

Hi hank...

I have a problem when it comes to employment letter... my sister will stand as my co sponsor but then her employer won't make a letter because they said someone need to send a form from them about a form then they can sign it to verify her employment with them... can you help me with this? Or can we just submit the paystub?

Employment letter is required so don't worry about it, as long as you have the most recent tax return, W-2 and copies of a few recent pay stubs you should be fine.

A great story, and a happy ending! Good luck, with all the other things like CFO, but I am sure things will be fine! Just do as you are told!

I see my typo - should read isn't required for the employment letter. But I think you got it ;)

As for tax return, it isn't a page - it's the complete tax return. You could simplify things and request a tax transcript from the IRS, the embassy will accept those as well.
