DS-260 is not for the K-1 visa, its for immigrant visas only as stated on the USEM website, at the very bottom of the linked page is the notice for K-1 visa applicants - there it states you use the DS-160 ONLY.

You do not need to bring anything else but the DS-160, the old DS forms are no longer required.

Those that scheduled for their interview before 7 October can use the old DS forms if those are what you have completed., but you can just as easily use only the DS-160.

Odds are if you bring the old DS forms and the DS-160 to the interview they will only keep the DS-160... IMHO.

Hey Hank,

Tell me how I can send pics of my old Chevy I restored 1967 Chevelle Convertible to you. Threw email?

Thanks Hank!

You really are an asset to this website. Now to just keep praying and hoping for her to get her medical done and passed next month. And then interview.

Hoping for a Feb or March 2014 arrival of my love.

As long as she knows about you, your work, where you live and your wedding plans ;) all will be good. She should come to the interview self-assured, confident, smiling and look the CO in the eyes when speaking.
