Hi all,

It's been almost 1 month since I sent the requested documents to NBC but my i-485 is still stuck at RFE Review stage. No update on EAD either. My package (i485, i130, i765) was received by uscis on July 29. I wonder how long I will have to wait and why the progress is so slow sad.png

I too have been in RFE Review stage for 20 days now from what i have read in this forum most people get updated after 2 weeks at the most. Did you get an update yet? it says my case is being processed at the National benefits center. I just want to know that the requested evidence i sent was adequate. Ahhh waiting is the hardest part about all this.

My case is being processed at NBC too. Yesterday, I got an update on my i-765 saying that the card is in production. But i-485 still the same RFE Review.

Ahh that's great least you will have your EAD while you wait :) just gotta wait for the i-485 to update now. Good luck.

Hello there,
I got A notice today in mail saying that:

You submitted a version of Form I-693 which is no longer in use. In order to process the application further, you need to submit a properly completed and signed Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record (Rev. 07/20/10 or later), for the applicant of Form I-485.

* Medical examinations using the 10/11/11 revision date, the medical must be conducted on or after 11/01/11.
* Medical examinations using the 1/15/13 revision date, the medical must be conducted on or after 3/25/13.

My physical medical examination was done on 09/16/2013. I submitted the new form (revised date 1/15/2013) which was the only form on the USCIS website and it's still there!

What should I do? Any help will be appreciate

You will get better answers if you start your own post in the general Adjustment of Status from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas forum. I'm sure someone can help you there. Good luck.
