So I just checked the Website this morning and they have sent and RFE as of October 15th... Which is today... I am not overly distaught about it as I think I know what the issue is... I forgot to send my Passport Photos with my application... I thought it was only for my Fiance... When I figured out I messed up it was Mid September... So I just let it ride and figured I would respond with all the evidence needed at that time... I am actually pretty stoked... We sent in the application September 4th... Paid for over night service and they signed for it on the 5th... We got out NOA1 on the 11th so even with all the goverment shut down talk we are getting movement and they know me and my girl exist... YAY! So everything I read I am seeing that once we get them what they want they usually get you your approval and your file moved on faily quickly... Might be a fool for believing all I read here but I have been trying to gather as much data by listening as I can... I guess it is true you learn more with your mouth closed hee hee!

Its a positive good thuing means your case is being adjudicated. And if not for the error you would have had approval. So get that information to them soon as you get you rletter. Congratulations.
